The recipe can be prepared with or without a Thermomix. The information for the TM is in brackets.
Put the vinegar, water, sugar, salt and vegetable stock in a pot and cook for approx. 10 minutes on a medium heat (6 minutes/Varoma/speed 1). Then add the remaining ingredients and stir for 5-8 seconds with the hand blender (10 seconds/speed 5).
Now fill the dressing into bottles and store it in the fridge after it has cooled down. The vinegar preserves it and makes it last quite a long time.
Tastes great with all leaf salads or raw vegetables.
The dressing also makes a great souvenir or small, homemade gift.
