📝 Ingredients (For 6-8 rolls)
200 g of rolled oats (you can use whole oats for more fiber) 🌾
150 g of grated cheese (mozzarella, cheddar or your favorite) 🧀
200 ml of natural yogurt (can be Greek or vegetable) 🥣
1 egg 🥚 (optional, to give structure)
1 teaspoon of baking powder 🧂
Salt to taste 🧂
Dried herbs (oregano, rosemary or thyme – optional) 🌿
Seeds to sprinkle (sesame, chia or poppy – optional) 🌱
🍽️ Preparation method
1️⃣ Prepare the mixture:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, baking powder and salt.
Add the grated cheese, yogurt and egg (if using). Stir until you have a moist but manageable dough. If it’s too runny, add a little more oats.
