Apfelmarmelade ist schnell selbstgemacht

For a smooth jam, you can purée the apples with an immersion blender. For a chunkier consistency, simply crush them roughly.
Add the jam sugar and bring to a rolling boil for three to four minutes, stirring constantly. Add spices to taste.

A setting test is recommended. To do this, place a drop on a cold plate – if it sets, the jam is ready.

Pour the hot mixture into sterilized jars, seal immediately and turn upside down for five minutes.
